I'm a new customer to Proteinbolaget, having few purchases recently including this one. And I was amazed at the products range and their customers services. 1. About the product that I purchased: the Krill Oil is great in quality. I believe it's better than Salmon oil. It comes with the far date (1.2026), all bottles are new and the package is nice. Pureness is my favorite but I can buy fast the have the best discounts on this site. 2. About the customer service: Honestly, this company has the best customer services compared to all online pharmacies I have been buying from. They are available on chat, email, hotline. I sent 2 emails and got responses within 24 hours, very early in the morning (like 8:30). The support is helpful and precise so I know what expiry date of it is. 3. Discounts are great here, especially when I become a more frequent customers just within a month. I sometimes got 10% discount extra that allow me to purchase more for later use. 4. Last but not least, shipping is usually on time and actually fast enough, like 1-3 days is great for me. I'd highly appreciate that. I feel that Proteinbolaget is a company of young dedicated people who work hard to support customers whenever they can and I've had such a great customer journey so far.
